If your Kindheel order isn't right for you, email support@kindheel.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the purchase price, even if you've worn it.

Wrong size? We'll send the right size free. Tell us your measurement and the size you'd like.

How it works: email us your order number. We may ask for a photo for damaged or wrong items. If we need the item back, we'll send instructions. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Damaged or wrong item: email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
