Which size do I need?

Measure around your ankle at its narrowest point, just above the ankle bone, and check the size chart: S 17–18.9 cm (6.7–7.4 in), M 19–20.9 cm (7.5–8.2 in), L 21–22.9 cm (8.3–9.0 in), XL 23–25 cm (9.1–9.8 in). Between sizes? Size up. The strap adds the snugness.

Will it fit in my work shoes?

It's a thin knit sleeve with an open heel and open toe. It fits in sneakers, clogs and most work boots. Very tight dress shoes may feel snug.

Can I wear it all day?

Yes, it's made for long days. Loosen the strap if your foot feels numb or tingly, and take it off if anything feels wrong.

Can I sleep in it?

It's made for your day on your feet. Take it off for sleep.

Is it a treatment for plantar fasciitis?

No. It's a compression sleeve with an adjustable arch strap that many people wear for heel and arch comfort. It doesn't treat any condition. For pain that is severe or doesn't go away, see a doctor or podiatrist.

How long does shipping take?

Free tracked US shipping, usually 7–12 business days (most orders arrive in about 10). You'll get a tracking link by email.

What if it doesn't fit or I don't like it?

Exchange the size for free, or return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How do I wash it?

Hand-wash cold and air-dry flat. Fasten the strap first so the hook side doesn't snag. No dryer.
